/ July 30, 2008You know, lately when I have a minute at work (lunch usually) I have started posting comments on the lack of civility and general poor spelling of many comments. I actually find that gets a more entertaining response than countering the actual argument. “BUSH SUX” “Maybe, but not as bad as your spelling. We are trying to have an educated debate, spell or stop posting.” How can you respond to that short of sounding like a more complete boob?

Seriously – you can’t really win against these types. They specifically are there just to get points with their friends for responding to your comments and getting you to respond further. I assure you, they don’t think they look like boobs even if you are enjoying it.
Only respond to those who write intelligently. Then you’ll get the satisfying mental sparring match you’re really looking for.
