Kitten Nurse and Russian Perspectives

First, I’m being a kitten nurse.  It’s really weird: they intubated the kitten I’m giving as a Christmas present.  Why didn’t they do that for the dude I knew with neck cancer?  80% of his problems (aside from the obvious) was an inability to eat?  Hell, I could shoot protein milkshakes into me like cyberman if that’s what I had to do to preserve my life…

Second, if any of you are interested, I am having an excellent discussion with “EHOT” over at PubliusPundit (not that we agree on a thing).  If you’re curious about a pretty mainstream Russian perspective, check here.
