Actually, not Thugs, but Dacoits… see our beautiful terrain, and the thug-type people who make it dangerous… although I guess it would let us US tourist types see both terrain and talk guns while we were there.

My grandmother had a friend who tried to get kidnapped by one of the Yemeni tribes…. alas it didn’t work.
Apparently it was a risky fad back in the day…
In Yemen, you’re liable to get out of it overweight, from the hospitality, so long as the ransom money comes through… if you’re going to be kidnapped, they’re the ones you want to do it.
